Subscription conclusion / changes
We sell our Festplatz subscriptions until the day of the first performance of the respective subscription. Subscriptions are concluded subject to acceptance of the following conditions and for the entire season. The contract is automatically extended for a further season if it is not terminated in writing by 31.05.2024. A change of seat or change to another subscription must also be notified in writing by 31.05.2024. It is not possible to change subscription types, seats or discounts during the season.
The Abo-Cards for the 2023 / 2024 season are available for the entire season. A Abo-Card purchased during the season is valid until 31.12.2024. Abo-Cards are not automatically renewed for the following season. Once payment has been received, you will receive your Abo-Card vouchers and your subscription card. If you have purchased the Abo-Card online, we will send you the subscription card separately. The vouchers can be exchanged for a production of your choice at our box office. Reservations can be made by telephone or e-mail via our box office and will be held until half an hour before the start of the performance at the box office at the latest, but for no longer than 7 days. Online vouchers must be brought to the box office and exchanged. If the tickets are not collected from the box office up to half an hour before the start of the performance, they will go back on sale. The Abo-Card vouchers are transferable. For musical productions, special events and the Marburg Theater Summer, we may charge a surcharge. Abo-Cards cannot be redeemed for premieres. We sell the HLTM-Theatercard for the entire season.
Subscription discounts
You will receive a one-off loyalty discount of 10% on the subscription price of your Fest subscription if you take out a new subscription for the following season.
Payment methods
You will receive your invoice for the subscription price and your tickets before the start of the season. You can pay in cash or by EC card. If you have not paid in cash or by EC card, the invoice amount must be transferred by the day of the first performance of the subscription. If no payment has been received by the day of the first performance of the subscription, the subscription is deemed to have been released. Cash payments and payments by EC card are possible at all HLTM box offices.
Ticket exchange
For all subscriptions, you have the option of choosing another performance day of the respective production in the current season of your subscription if you are unable to attend on the subscription day. The exchange must be registered at the box office by 12 noon on the subscription day at the latest. If the subscription date falls on a weekend or public holiday, the exchange must be registered by 12 noon on the last working day before the performance at the latest. The exchange fee is 1 euro per performance and seat. It is not possible to change bookings for premiere performances.
If dates are postponed due to the performance schedule, the exchange is of course free of charge. No compensation can be paid for missed performances.
Program changes
We reserve the right to change the program, the performance dates and the casts and shall not be entitled to any reimbursement of costs.
Changes to the subscription conditions
The Hessisches Landestheater Marburg reserves the right to change the subscription conditions and prices for the coming season. This change will be communicated to
subscribers in good time before 31.05.2024 through the publications of the Marburg Theatre.
Data protection
In accordance with data protection regulations, we would like to point out that personal data is stored and processed as part of the business relationship.
Information
Subscription applications and placements are processed in the order in which they are received. Please inform us in good time if you move house or change your telephone number.
