Anna-Elisabeth Frick

Anna-Elisabeth Frick was born in 1989 in Darmstadt. After an extensive musical education on the violin she studies German and art history at the University of Cologne, the Ca' Foscari Università Venezia and graduates from the Free University of Berlin. She then studies directing at the Academy of Performing Arts in Ludwigsburg. Anna-Elisabeth Frick wins with DIE UNERHÖRTE at the renowned Körber Studio for young directors 2016 at the Thalia Theater in Hamburg. In 2018 she graduated as a master student at the Weissenhof program at the State Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart.

Anna-Elisabeth Frick works amongst others at the Nationaltheater Mannheim, at the Theater Freiburg, Theater Wuppertal and at the Grand Théatre de la Ville de Luxembourg.

Her works move in the field of tension between spoken theater, performance, dance and music.
