Charlotte Ronas

Born in Brandenburg in 1966, Charlotte Ronas trained as a pharmacy technician. She later studied acting at the HfS Ernst Busch Berlin. With a scholarship from the Akademie der Künste, she devoted herself to a methodical extension at the École Internationale de Théâtre Jacques Lecoq Paris. She has performed at various theaters, including the Berliner Ensemble, the Hans Otto Theater Potsdam, the Theaterhaus Jena, the Chemnitzer Schauspielhaus and the Thüringisches Landestheater Rudolstadt.

From 2003 to 2008, she trained young actors as a guest lecturer at the Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy Academy of Music and Theater in Leipzig. She has tried her hand at directing, writing and filmmaking. Charlotte Ronas led the KlatschMond theater group for people with disabilities from 2011-2020. Her art therapy, psychological and pedagogical support in the field of disability care marks a special stage in her life. She cites her early work with Horst Hawemann as the most formative encounter for her journey in theater.

She has been a permanent member of the HLTM ensemble since the 20/21 season.
Charlotte loves the water and has a motorboat license.
However, when she is unobserved in the forest or on a mountain, she likes to yodel.
