Fanny Holzer

Born and raised in Vienna in 1997, she played at the "Offene Burg" of the Vienna Burgtheater. From 2017-2021 she studied acting at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz. During her studies, she had a guest engagement at the Schauspielhaus Graz, where she performed in "Die Leiden der jungen Wärter", directed and written by Jan Koslowski and Nele Studer: Jan Koslowski and Nele Stuhler. She also performed in the summer theater "Maß für Maß", directed by Alexander Marusch and in the play development "The Brunch Club", directed by Ivna Žic. During her studies, she performed in several directing projects at the Hamburg University of Music and Drama and worked with Katharina Grosch and Lorenz Nolting.

With her artistic diploma thesis "Zimmer 223 oder die Realität wurde hergestellt von einem Tapetenhersteller" she was awarded the Gender Prize 2021 by the University of Art and Design Graz.

In the 2020/2021 season she was part of the acting studio at the HLTM and in the 2021/2022 season a permanent ensemble member at the Volkstheater Rostock.

From 2022/2023 permanent ensemble member at the HLTM.
