Theater pedagogy

Born in Duisburg in 1992, influenced by Swedish traditions and raised in Marburg after elementary school, Lotta Janßen studied theater and media studies/education at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg after a voluntary social year. This was followed by a master's degree in theater pedagogy.

Lotta Janßen worked as a simulation/acting patient at the University Hospital Erlangen, dubbing artist at GRANDFILM, jury member for the Erlangen Theater Prize, illustrator, narrator/actress in short films and was on stage at the international theater and performance festival ARENA... der jungen Künste with the Perfomance Collective Oortocht, among others.

Since September 2020 she has been working as a theater teacher at the Hessisches Landestheater Marburg.
