Critics wrote about her:

"When pianist Nestan Bagration-Davitashvili performs, we experience how 'musical boundaries' are crossed by our ears, how seemingly different musical genres end up converging, finding each other, or even being brought back to their common ground.
Nestan Bagration-Davitashvili's music is an open-hearted commitment to the origins of humanity. It needs neither words, sentences nor a special language. Syllables alone are enough for her to express all the human emotions between joy and pain. But one thing runs like a red thread through the concert evening: the extreme intensity of her performance."

"Her music does not quote, it is new. She takes what surrounds us and reassembles it: Noises, sounds, music. Her energy comes from the gut and catapults itself through the heart and intellect. She sings, reads, plays..."

And it is precisely because of her comprehensive training and intellectual penetration that Nestan Bagration-Davitashvili knows exactly which paths to take in interpretation and music creation. Her analytical skills are in no way inferior to her overwhelming intuition. In recent years, she has been able to develop her own personal style, which is difficult to pin down. Today, her interpretations are genre-independent and characterized by high, captivating intensity."
Nestan Bagration-Davitashvili currently lives and works in Berlin, Germany.
