Born in Seville in 1975 to German-Bolivian parents. She has worked as a choreographer and performer in several theaters in Germany, Switzerland, Korea, Bolivia and Iran (Theater an der Ruhr, Ruhrtriennale, Schaubühne am Lehniner Platz, Schauspielhaus Zürich, Schauspielhaus Düsseldorf, Theater Neuss), among others with the directors Roberto Ciulli and Christoph Marthaler. She studied dance and choreography at the Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen and at the Hochschule ArtEZ in the Netherlands with Pina Bausch and Mery O'Donnell Fulkerson. She was awarded the international prize "Grand Prix Palazzo Venezia" in the dance video category in 2008 and has written short stories that have been published in an anthology about Bolivian women writers "La Otra Mirada" by Alfaguara Verlag and in the Bolivian short story magazine "Correveydile". In 1994 she was awarded the national literary prize "Presencia" in the short story category.

She has directed several plays in Bolivia and Germany. She has also received grants, including from the Stiftung Kunst und Kultur NRW, to realize her own projects in Bolivia and Germany. Her work has been shown at several national and international theater festivals in South America.She received the national cultural award "Eduardo Abaroa" in the theater/directing category in 2014. She was the director of the Municipal Museums in La Paz (Bolivia) and implemented various projects and artistic events as a cultural manager, including the first Long Night of Museums in Bolivia, the exhibition of Guayasamin in La Paz, the "Circular" project for private and state museums and the creation of the "Pro-Escena" fund for artists.
