On his 30th birthday, K. is arrested, with no information on the crime he is accused of, and no consequence on his arrest. Supposed to carry on with his life, K. tries to resolve the seemingly unfathomable situation. He falls victim to the bureaucracy of an arbitrary system of justice and dies without receiving any infor mation or verdict on his case. The unfinished novel of Franz Kafka, published posthumously, is a surreal nightmare, more relevant than ever in a world in which justice and legal system are at risk of being manipulated
