SPIEL 67 – NOTHING LEFT TO LOSE

/Debut performance

Special

67 is the current retirement age in Germany.
Everyone lives longer, everyone dies later and who gets the pension points for the children...? Janis Joplin shouts something about freedom from a borrowed convertible and we have to rethink everything.

Together with women* from Marburg and the surrounding area, we explore a pool of thoughts, experiences and demands. We will play SPIEL 67, which aims to rebuild the synapses between poverty in old age and motherhood. We are mothers*, daughters*, sisters*, young and old, childless and yet mothers* for a long time.  We can share our stories on stage, because what we have to tell is as much a collective experience as an individual one. We draw biographical miniatures and large-scale social formats and dare to engage in an intergenerational dialog.

The main prize: an armchair with a stand-up aid, a girlfriend* and the end of the patriarchy!

Dates: April 13, 14 and 19, 2024 in the Große Tasch at the HLTM
